Holiday office parties do not have to revolve around a restaurant table or another predictable mixer. For Pittsburgh-area companies, 9Yards Golf of Washington, PA offers an indoor setting where coworkers can compete, relax, eat, and spend time together through Golfzon simulator tournaments. Our lounge gives teams a year-round option without having to worry about winter weather, early sunsets, or outdoor course conditions.
Build a Tournament Around Your Team
A simulator tournament gives the event structure without making it feel formal. Teams can compete across multiple bays, track scores, and rotate through matchups throughout the party. Our corporate event setup supports bracket-style competitions, scored mini-tournaments, or more casual open play, depending on how competitive your group wants to be.
For mixed-skill groups, a Scramble format works especially well because teammates contribute as a team rather than each player carrying an individual score. More experienced golfers may prefer Stroke, Stableford, Skins, or Las Vegas formats. We also offer live Network Play and tournament competition with other Golfzon players.
Give Beginners Ways to Join In
Not every employee will arrive with golf experience, and they do not need it. Our simulators include beginner-friendly settings and arcade-style games so that first-time players can join alongside experienced golfers.
Modes such as Darts, Pro Bowl Showdown, Wild Wild West, Block Smash, Slope Golf, and Whack-A-Mole give teams quick, approachable challenges between tournament rounds. This makes it easier to build contests around departments, small groups, or random pairings without leaving non-golfers on the sidelines.
Use More Than 240 Virtual Courses
Course variety helps each event feel different. Golfzon offers more than 240 world-famous virtual courses, including Pebble Beach Golf Links, St. Andrews: Old Course, PGA National, Kiawah Island: Ocean Course, and Bethpage Black. Hosts may choose one course for the tournament or create shorter challenges across several layouts.
You can also build smaller competitions around closest-to-the-pin shots, long-drive challenges, or selected holes before moving into a larger team tournament.
Add Private Space and Holiday Atmosphere
Our holiday events may include private room access, Golfzon TwoVision simulators, extra lounge seating and TVs, and bays decorated with holiday lights. For company events, we can also help coordinate branded touches, food, beverages, and tournament logistics.
Each simulator bay comfortably holds four to six guests, while larger groups can reserve multiple bays or discuss partial or full-facility rental options. This flexibility works well for small departments, leadership teams, or larger company celebrations.
