Our Inspiration

The idea for 9Yards Golf Lounge was inspired by recent advancements in golf technology. By blending state-of-the-art golf simulators with a vibrant and stylish atmosphere, the concept was designed to appeal not only to avid golfers but also to casual players and even those new to the sport, bringing 9Yards to life.

9Yards Golf is the first company in Western Pennsylvania to offer world-renowned Golfzon’s Two-Vision Simulators. These simulators have been rated number one by Golf Digest Magazine for the last five consecutive years. Its advanced features, including moving floor plates, auto-tee, multiple hitting surfaces, putting and video feedback, provide a hyper-realistic golf experience that’s unmatched to any other system on the market today.

FEATURING SIX BAYS EACH WITH GOLFZON TWO-VISION SIMULATORS

9Yards offers six simulators with an impressive central bar to accommodate customers with food and drinks. Two of the six bays are located in large private rooms (~1,000 sf each) to host parties as large as 30 or more people. Each room has a golf simulator (plays six at a time), shuffleboard, large screen TVs, sound system and putting game. The space is ideal for hosting social events such as birthday parties, holiday parties, bachelor parties and corporate events to name just a few. 9Yards also has a large outdoor patio with a fire pit, fireplace and outdoor TV to sit and relax outside.

GIVING BACK

9Yards Golf is committed to giving back to the community and supporting local organizations.

9Yards Golf is committed to giving back to the community and supporting local organizations. We are committing 10% of all golf bay revenue to support three non-profit charitable organizations. The focus of these organizations is to include initiatives that uplift and empower youth through educational programs and support causes that promote the well-being of our community.

First Tee is a youth development organization that uses golf as a platform to teach life skills, core values, and healthy habits to young people. The program focuses on building character, enhancing personal growth, and instilling values such as integrity, respect, and perseverance through structured golf lessons and activities. First Tee serves kids and teens by offering accessible golf education while fostering positive development both on and off the golf course. With chapters across the United States and internationally, it aims to create opportunities and provide mentorship through the game of golf.

The Mario Lemieux Foundation is a charitable organization established in 1993 by hockey legend Mario Lemieux following his own battle with Hodgkin's lymphoma. The foundation is dedicated to raising funds for cancer research, patient care, and other medical initiatives. In addition to its contributions to cancer research, it has a strong focus on supporting projects that benefit children and families, such as the Austin’s Playroom Project, which creates playrooms in medical facilities. The foundation has become widely respected for its commitment to improving healthcare and providing comfort to patients and their families.

Help-Hard created by Army veteran James Bendel comes from a blue-collar family. The mission is to raise funds by bringing value to the community. The monetary contributions are used to assist vocational technical school students with furthering education and entrepreneurship. As well as helps boost other local nonprofits in need.
